Andy Graham, the chairman of our Teaching Parish Ministry, served as the master of ceremonies during a brief time of recognition following the morning service.

Mike was presented a number of gifts from the congregation.

A tradition at Union Congregational Church is to also give each departing student a stained glass replica of the church made by Helen Bigham.

Mike was also presented with a gift certificate to Christian Book Distributors and his ministry with us was affirmed with the presentation of this stole.

Following the recognition ceremony there was time to greet Mike and wish him God’s speed during a collation in Fellowship Hall.
